The availability of Internet services for people with disabilities
The number of households with access to the Internet is steadily increasing. Unfortunately, nearly 30% of households remain in the realm of digital exclusion. Technical infrastructure deficiencies, but also quite a significant negative attitude to the Internet among people not benefiting from it effectively delays the development of this technology. The situation in Poland in comparison to the European Union is not optimistic. The area of digital exclusion is much larger – a large group of people with disabilities is beyond the reach of the Internet because of the inadequacy
of technology to meet their needs. Internet services in the vast majority do not meet the requirements described in the WCAG 2.0 specification. This applies to sites of state institutions as well as commercial websites. In the case of public websites regulations make it obligatory to adapt websites to the needs of people with disabilities. On the other hand, commercial services have no such obligation. It can be expected that only noticing the large group of people with disabilities as consumers will cause that economic entities will start building a competitive advantage in this market and creating a friendly corporate image.

The effectiveness of innovations in the Polish printing industry EiOP nr 7 2016
The period of transformation of the Polish printing sector began in 1989. The construction of a modern industry took place under restricted conditions of financing and companies barely overcame the barrier of capital. It was not until the years 2005-2009 when thanks to funds from the European
Union printing companies achieved a high level of technological development. Competitive advantage was built based on costs (mainly low wages) and steadily increasing quality. However, in 2012, in spite of the realised investments, productivity measured by sales per employee was smaller than in Polish industry as a whole. Managers of Polish printing companies focused too much on technology while neglecting organisational and marketing innovations. Studies carried out in the years 2012-2014 showed the impact of technological, organisational and marketing innovations on the effectiveness of printing companies. The obtained results clearly indicated that it is organisational and marketing innovations that have the greatest impact on the productivity of printing companies.
